Program Summary
This workshop explores low-demand approaches to communication and relationship-building that reduce pressure while supporting safety, trust, and authentic connection. Participants will learn how sensory regulation, shared interests, pacing, and responsive communication influence relational engagement.
The session is particularly relevant for supporting autistic individuals experiencing stress, burnout, shutdown, anxiety, or overwhelm.
