Should you need to cancel a scheduled session, we request a notice of 72 hours to avoid any charges. If the cancellation is made between 71 to 48 hours prior, a fee of 50% will apply. For cancellations within 48 hours of the session, the full fee will be charged.
Cancellations can be communicated via phone, email, or SMS, mentioning the client’s name, and the date and time of the session. Your understanding and adherence to this policy ensure a smooth process for all parties involved.
Note: The term ‘hour’ refers to business hours from Monday to Saturday. Please ensure to adhere to this policy to avoid any charges.

Please ensure to provide the name of the client, the date and time of the session to be cancelled, and the reason for cancellation (optional). It’s advisable to keep a confirmation of the cancellation for your records.
Refund and Discount Claim Method: Clients wishing to claim a refund or discount must contact The Little Black Duck Co. Pty. Ltd within 7 business days following the cancelled session. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the claim.
Claim Limitation: Clients may claim compensation for a cancelled session up to a maximum of three times within a calendar year. Any further claims within the same year will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
