About the Warrior Project

The warrior project is a journal aimed at teaching anxiety management techniques, self regulation and self management that a person can use on a daily basis to help lower general anxiety. When a person’s anxiety is low they are more able to accessing their upper brain functions. They naturally become more capable of understanding and implementing social rules. The warrior project focuses on managing anxiety first, and then working on social and emotional development.

Facilitator Training

The training runs over a two day period and gives you the tools you need to run your own group sessions of The Warrior Project. It is primarily aimed at teachers, therapists and specialists and other practitioners who will be running the Warrior Project in group sessions or 1 to 1 in specialised sessions.

The facilitator training will run on the 13th and 14th of September between 9.30am and 4pm each day.

The cost will be $350 for the 2 days, this includes:

Flying Solo Training

The Flying Solo training will run on the 21st of September between 9.30am and 3pm.

This training session is aimed at people who will be using the journal on their own. It will cover the core concepts around the journal, how it is designed to work and the best way to use it.

The cost will be $150 for the day and includes:

  • Your own Warrior Journal
  • Tea and Coffee throughout the day
  • Lunch and morning tea

Information Session

This short 1-2 hour presentation and discussion on the warrior project will give you the opportunity to have a look through the program and ask any questions you may have.

This is a free information session, morning tea will be provided
