The Warrior Project is a fun new way to look at and manage anxiety. Rather than focusing on the issues around anxiety itself The Warrior Project aims to change the way its participants feel before anxiety even begins.
Through learning management techniques they can implement every day The Warrior Project aims to change the thought patterns that are associated with anxiety. The Warrior Project is a wonderful mix of art therapy, CBT, The Alert Program and Mindfulness. Through its growth mindset the program follows the principals that the human brain is able to learn new skills and anxiety management is just another skill that it can learn. The warrior project turns most anxiety management programs around by understanding that anxiety may be something that will never go away completely, it may not even be something that your person may even understand.
This program runs for 10 weeks, after school in NSW term 3
